Rent vs buy in Palm Coast -what makes sense?

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a physical therapist who relocated here from Minneapolis about 7 years ago. The main reasons were school and quality of life.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Strong job market in several industries
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Financially, we've found it decent compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are pricey, gas is solid.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
