What Palm Coast does better than anywhere else

I'm a college student here and Rent is about $1,747/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great Indian places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
