I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 6.5%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Palm Harbor sits at 442.3 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
