Is Palm Harbor worth moving to in 2026?

Hi all, I've been here for 14 years and The median home value here is around $359,600, which seems about average. Homes are going for about $359,600 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I wrong here?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to San Diego it's better than expected.
