Dog-friendly places in Palmview?

We have two kids and Crime rate is something to consider -Palmview sits at 727.7 per 100K. Poverty rate is 25.6%, which is higher than I expected. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What would you do? Thanks! Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I work in manufacturing here and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The job market for my field is underrated. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
