Curious what people think. I'm originally from Miami and Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. What would you do? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
