Working remotely from Palmview

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 13 months ago and Rent is about $689/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $109,400, which is actually reasonable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Palmview?

Public transit is improving here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.
