Is Panama City walkable?

Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2020. With a population of 34,211, Panama City is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,334 for rent here. Rent is about $1,334/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
