Alright, With a population of 34,211, Panama City is a smaller city. Average temperature is around 70--F, so the weather is moderate. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
