The good and bad of living in Papaikou
Hey, I'm a college student here and It's a a small town city with about 1,325 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Is this normal for Papaikou? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years....
