First post here. My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 12.0%, which is around average. Median household income is $62,305, which feels about average for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
