Unpopular opinion about Park Forest

So, It's a a small town city with about 20,898 people. Rent is about $1,341/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What do you all think? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
