Moving from Nashville to Parkville next month

I'm a remote worker and Homes are going for about $207,100 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. What neighborhoods would you suggest? TIA! The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up.
