Things Paul needs to improve

Hey everyone, Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I've lived in Meadowbrook for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Chicago, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The dating scene scene is tough

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited high-paying job options

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for couples. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
