Longtime lurker here, I work in real estate and Average temperature is around 78--F, so it's warm year-round. Homes are going for about $872,200 on average. Median household income is $114,682, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 45,079 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Pearl City? Appreciate any input. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
