How much do you pay for rent in Pearl City?
Hi all, Should I be concerned? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from Chicago, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- The community vibe scene is pretty good
The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Homeless population growing downtown
Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for remote workers. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
