So, We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $872,200, which is pretty steep. Crime rate is something to consider -Pearl City sits at 232.1 per 100K. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Has anyone dealt with this? The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
