How is Pearl River for outdoor activities?

Alright, I work in government and Poverty rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $146,574, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $2,058 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. No regrets on my end..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is healthcare. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..
