Co-working spaces in Pembroke Park?

Alright, I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 6,254, Pembroke Park is a small town. Rent is about $1,532/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $103,700, which is actually reasonable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 4 years ago from Chicago and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Greenfield. It's hit or miss for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in consulting. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like seafood.

Happy to answer more specific questions..
