Relocating to Pembroke Park, FL -pros and cons?

Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 20.6%, which is higher than I expected. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Is this normal for Pembroke Park?

First post here. Been living here since 2008. Crime rate is something to consider -Pembroke Park sits at 750.2 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation?
