Relocating to Pembroke Park, FL -pros and cons?

Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 20.6%, which is higher than I expected. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Is this normal for Pembroke Park?

Came here for weather and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The cultural scene is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
