The good and bad of living in Penn Estates

Random thought, I'm a remote worker and It's a a small town city with about 3,691 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I wrong here? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I'm a software engineer and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is challenging and there's always something going on.

I work in consulting here and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market for my field is tough. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
