Is Perry worth it salary-wise?

Hey, Been living here since 2023. Crime rate is something to consider -Perry sits at 88.3 per 100K. Poverty rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Job hunting in Perry -tips?

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 0.4%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 5,708 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Any advice would be great. Appreciate any input.
