Hey, Been living here since 2023. Crime rate is something to consider -Perry sits at 88.3 per 100K. Poverty rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thoughts? Appreciate any input. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
