What I wish I knew before living in Pimmit Hills

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Military spouse here. Rent is about $2,219/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Let me know your thoughts.

Job hunting in Pimmit Hills -tips?

Curious what people think. I'm a teacher here and With a population of 6,395, Pimmit Hills is a small town. Homes are going for about $925,300 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Has anyone dealt with this? Any help is appreciated. The city has invested a lot in new development.
