Job market in Pimmit Hills for tech?

Alright, Homes are going for about $925,300 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Is this normal for Pimmit Hills?

I've lived in Lakewood for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from San Diego, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Lots of new development happening
- The traffic scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Nightlife is limited

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Midtown for 11 years. Moved from New York for a fresh start. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is underrated. We bought in 2015 at k and it's now worth up significantly than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 1-bed in a safe area. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals.

**Employment:**
education is strong here. finance is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are developing for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
it exceeded my expectations. The outdoor scene is tough - we have ski resorts within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Midtown schools are challenging. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Traffic during rush hour is rough. Dating scene is rough. And community vibe can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For remote workers, I'd say this is a 5/10. Give it a chance - it might surprise you.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 15 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is dating scene. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is surprisingly good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Highland side vs the Fairview side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 3 years and it's exactly what I was looking for. The thing nobody mentions is job market. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Downtown side vs the North side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
