How much do you pay for rent in Pinewood?
Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 18.3%, which is higher than I expected. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. With a population of 17,427, Pinewood is a small town. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
