Longtime lurker here, Born and raised here. Crime rate is something to consider -Pinewood sits at 581.2 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
