Studio apartments in Pinewood -options?

Anyone else feel this way? Household incomes average around $47,551 in Pinewood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I overthinking this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Feel free to reach out with questions..
