Hello, I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $220,000, which is actually reasonable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this?

First post here. You can expect to pay around $1,151 for rent here. Rent is about $1,151/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
