Piñon Hills is underrated, change my mind

Not sure if this has been asked before, but With a population of 7,149, Pi--on Hills is a small town. Median household income is $65,160, which feels about average for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Been meaning to ask this. I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a small town city with about 7,149 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Pi--on Hills?
