Hi all, Been living here since 2013. You can expect to pay around $896 for rent here. Rent is about $896/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Does this match your experience? Thanks! It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
