Piqua housing prices -when will it stop?

Been meaning to ask this. I work in insurance and Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Household incomes average around $63,770 in Piqua. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a HR manager who relocated here from Charlotte about 5 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and quality of life.

Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Good healthcare facilities
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Not very walkable outside downtown

Financially, we've found it surprisingly good compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are competitive, gas is challenging.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I've lived in Maple Ridge for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from New York, I was surprised by weather. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Lots of new development happening
- Good airport with direct flights
- The housing market scene is improving

The downsides:
- Limited shopping options
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. Happy to answer more specific questions..

Came here for my partner's job and stayed because it's exactly what I was looking for. The healthcare is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much developing but now it's average.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want job market, then yeah this place is great. But if job market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
