Is Pismo Beach worth moving to in 2026?

Hello, Military spouse here. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks for reading. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that....

Is Pismo Beach getting better or worse?

Hey everyone, Born and raised here. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $992,900 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
