Hey folks, We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $129,700 on average. Rent is about $755/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 29.9%, which is higher than I expected. You can expect to pay around $755 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
