I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 20,604, Pleasantville is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Pleasantville sits at 318.8 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
