Living in Pleasantville -the reality

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a teacher here and You can expect to pay around $1,328 for rent here. Rent is about $1,328/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective.

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 21.2%, which is higher than I expected. You can expect to pay around $1,328 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Looking forward to hearing from you all.
