Best restaurants in Pleasantville?

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 21.2%, which is higher than I expected. You can expect to pay around $1,328 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem better than expected.

I've been here 7 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The North side vs the Cedar Grove side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is nightlife. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Miami about 11 years ago. The main reasons were weather and weather.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good internet infrastructure
- Affordable housing options

Cons that are real:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it better than expected compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are affordable, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, the quality of life is solid. No regrets on my end..

I've lived in South for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Diverse dining options
- The outdoor recreation scene is average

The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for remote workers. No regrets on my end..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from San Francisco about 9 years ago. The main reasons were family and quality of life.

Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Lots of new development happening

Cons that are real:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Financially, we've found it decent compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are stable, gas is challenging.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from Tampa about 6 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good healthcare facilities
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons that are real:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are growing, gas is underrated.

Socially, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Hope this helps!.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The dating scene is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Uptown area are pretty good. Kids love it here.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.

I've been here 8 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Cedar Grove side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..
