I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $83,333, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $287,600 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to.
