Anyone else feel this way? I'm a college student here and The unemployment rate is 5.4%, which is about average. Homes are going for about $109,900 on average. The median home value here is around $109,900, which is actually reasonable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I overthinking this? Property taxes are high but you get good services.
