Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 16 months ago and Average temperature is around 80--F, so it's warm year-round. Crime rate is something to consider -Ponce zona urbana sits at 2,771.8 per 100K. Homes are going for about $109,900 on average. Household incomes average around $18,650 in Ponce zona urbana. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks in advance! The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
