Ponce zona urbana housing prices -when will it stop?

First post here. It's a a mid-size city city with about 110K people. With a population of 110K, Ponce zona urbana is a mid-size city. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Worth the trade-offs? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I work in manufacturing here and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The job market for my field is underrated. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The nightlife is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.
