Ponce zona urbana vs Tucson — which is better to move to?

My partner and I are deciding between Ponce zona urbana and Independence for our next move. We care most about:
- Cost of living
- Safety
- Job market (logistics)
- Outdoor activities

Anyone who's lived in either or both — which would you choose and why?

For families, I'd recommend looking at University District. Schools are rated well and it's quiet.

I'd add that the parks here are amazing for families. Otherwise spot on!

If you can afford it, Cedar Hills is the best place to live. Period.
