Is Poolesville still affordable?

Hello, I'm a college student here and The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Poolesville sits at 490.9 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Let me know your thoughts.
