Affordable areas near Poolesville?

Hi all, My partner and I are The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 4 years ago from Phoenix and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Oak Park. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in legal. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like BBQ.
