Been meaning to ask this. It's a a smaller city city with about 55,779 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Port Arthur sits at 624.5 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Should I be concerned? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
