Alright, I grew up here but left for a while. Poverty rate is 27.2%, which is higher than I expected. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I wrong here? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
