Hey everyone, We have two kids and Average temperature is around 70--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $96,900, which is actually reasonable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
