I'm originally from Cincinnati and Rent is about $1,760/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $492,000 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,760 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Pros:

- Good healthcare facilities
- Strong sense of community

Cons:
- Not very walkable
- Homelessness issues downtown
- Not enough green space
Should I be concerned? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
