Hey everyone, I work in manufacturing and It's a a smaller city city with about 37,951 people. Poverty rate is 9.4%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Portage? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
